Welcome to Formulation H Firearms LLC. By accessing our website, visiting our retail location, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Legal Compliance

All customers must comply with federal, state, and local firearms laws. By purchasing a firearm or related item, you certify that you are:

• At least 18 years of age (21 for handguns),
   
• Not prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm under any law,
   
• Able to pass a federally mandated background check.
   

All firearm sales (online and in-store) will be completed through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer and require a valid government-issued ID.

2. Online Orders and Transfers

Online firearm purchases will be shipped only to a verified FFL dealer of your choosing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

• Ensure the receiving FFL is valid and willing to accept the transfer,
   
• Complete all background checks and paperwork upon pickup,
   
• Pay any applicable transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
   

3. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Formulation H Firearms LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any product sold. Manufacturer warranties may apply and should be pursued directly with the manufacturer.           

We do, however, stand behind our craftsmanship. All custom builds and labor performed by Formulation H Firearms LLC include a 60 day limited workmanship warranty, covering defects in assembly or installation under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect,
   
• Modifications performed by third parties,
   
• Normal wear and tear,
   
• Issues caused by improper maintenance or use of non-recommended parts/ammunition.
   

To request service under this warranty, the item must be returned to our location for inspection. We reserve the right to determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate.

Disclaimer: Use of any firearm purchased or serviced by us is solely at your own risk. Formulation H Firearms LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or legal issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or unlawful use of products sold or serviced.

• 4. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing, communication, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of what is required by law.

• 5. Changes to Terms

Formulation H Firearms LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
